My name is Charlotte Godley

I have worked in the benefits and wellbeing market for over 25 years and have helped hundreds of organisations design and deliver benefits, wellbeing and reward strategies that support their business and their employees. 

Having seen significant changes in the market I feel there is a need for truely independent consulting to ensure businesses get the most from their strategy, their benefits and their technology providers so I have created wellbean consulting to do exactly that!
